Ade, excuse: the silver stripe must measure 10 or 9 ( 10 for SS and 9 for Heer ) mm ?

The tresse (stripe material) used by the Heer and Waffen SS were the same.

To be honest, it is impossible to tell a Heer Panzer stripe from a Waffen SS version.
