Hi guys,can anyone help with info/link to this unit/regiment? Is it possible to trace though the index/reg number or the "G" on the wing? Many thanks Stewy.

i have a book : Wehrmacht Divisional Signs , the letter G is not in book only letter D , E, F, L, R, S, T, X, Y,

I agree with NSDAP42,It could be a poorly applied or partly obliterated 21st panzer division symbol. And its not on a wing its on a fender.

Hi Stewy, the photo was not taken in Africa, but Russia! The "G" was for Guderian's Army group It will be circa summer 1941.
