I've seen this before. I think it's called something like the Flakpanzer V 'Coelian'. From what I've heard none were actually built, or maybe just a prototype. But, two 3.7mm AA guns would be rather devastating.

yea, it's this one. Apparently there were (supposed to be) two variants, one like this with twin 3.7mm flak and one with a single 5.5mm flak. But, I guess they needed the panther chassis for tanks for some reason!
