    Buildings look British, so I'd guess it was taken in Ireland, perhaps after the Easter Rising or some date before the Irish Free State.

    You could be right , there is nothing marked on the photo to say where or when it was taken

    The Tank Museum at Bovington might be able to help if you email them a photo?

    I would expect the photo to have been taken on the Western Front. I am no expert on the Rising, but I don't think buildings were destroyed like this?

    It is a good image.

    Never been in Ireland, but to me the buildings looks Belgian ....perhaps even North of France...
