Article about: Digged out such Krupp gearbox. On gearbox are embosed Krupp logo (emblem), but up the Krupp emblem are embosed Ford. Is that gearbox from Krupp Protze or from Ford T917? Your opinions. thnak

    Digged out such Krupp gearbox.
    On gearbox are embosed Krupp logo (emblem), but up the Krupp emblem are embosed Ford.
    Is that gearbox from Krupp Protze or from Ford T917?

    yee. yellow- that's good!

    just try to open. 30 min spry by WD 40 and 15 size key. Super condition for digging item.

    There is a very good chance this part is restorable back to working condition and will be of great interest to some vehicle restorer, especially when ID'd!

    it's a four speed ford box for the flathead v8 engine, my bren gun carrier box has a very similar appearance, it could be from a maultier
