First of all Galeria, welcome to the forum. Very cool cars. I don't know much about them, other than they had cutting edge technology for their day. These look like early 1940's models but I'm not sure.

There are lots of stories about WW II german cars in Uruguay
    1) The Mercedes that was brought by the Graff Spee and left in
Brazil to track down english radio trasmissions.
    2) The Bugatti Imperial also brought by the Graff Spee and left in Montevideo
    3) The Wanderer car that the Cap of the Graff Spee used while in Montevideo and used to belong to the german embassy.
    4) The many Opel Blitz trucks ermany swapped for food
    5) The Hanomags streamlined that used to belong to some german plain clothes cops very active here during the war (I am trying to buy this one)
    Cheers

Those are some very nice cars, the Bugatti being used as a Kriegsmarine staff car is a surprising one, those were rare and tempermental pieces of equipment. As has been said, those will be difficult restoration projects, but I wish you the best of luck with your project, it'd be great to see any of those cars returned to their former glories!
