Another part for the StuG arrived this morning, not light at 17Kg but manageable.
This is the rear section of the loaders hatch, it is complete except for the hinges, it even has the eyelet for the padlock.

Over the last week have added a couple of more parts to the StuG collection, an all steel return roller, maker Miag and a return roller support.
Great stuff, I bet the wheel has some weight to it!

It certainly has, I was surprised at the weight. In comparison the roller support is quite light, as it is hollow.
Thought I would share with you these two ammo racks for the StuG III/IV and the panzer IV. Have not had a chance yet to try the Kwk 40 rounds in them yet as they need a bit of cleaning.
they are awesome Granatwerfer! Are you gonna do them up, paint them white and display rounds in them?
....and the half track? :-)
Yes I hope to restore them in the future and put rounds in them. They should be painted red oxide primer.
