Yea, some has scribbled all over the picture

Dunno why? I remember this one was restored in Eastern Europe. Is a stug 3 casemate mated with a pziv chassis? No schutzen plates on the side?

Yes. It has 8 road wheels but only 3 support rollers. That is an non-matching combination as far as I know. Could be an odd variant, but a Pz III chassis has 6 road wheels and 3 support rollers and a Pz. IV chassist has 8 and 4, respectively.

TWS it is a known variation. The panzer IV J (late war) to simplify production only had 3 support rollers.

Right on. I'm not sure what Raul is getting at, so since it is a rare variant I thought perhaps that's what is what he wants us to see. ?? Or the drawing on the Saukopf as you pointed out. Similar to the nose of a fighter plane or dive bomber.
