    Hello

Here is a campaign cap for officer

It is in good condition despite a heavy use.

Star seems to be of the 39 regulation. Button are civilian. No piping.

If we follow the different models it may look like a M24 but the visor isn’t sewed. It hasn’t the M28 vents. I was thinking at the M41 which as the unsowed visor.

    What do you think?

    All the best

    Bruno,

We need more images, and of better quality. However, from here, it certainly does not seem to be some recently made, artificially aged reproduction.

    Regards,

    Hello,

Wondering if it couldn't be a "Tashkent's army" field M 40 cap due to the construction

From here the star seems to me postwar model of 1947 type - note the thickness of the enamel. But no matter.

It could be a civilian cap as the fashion was popular in those years - but with an added star. Who knows? I like it in any case as per my aforementioned comments.

What is "Tashkents Army"? This is unfamiliar to me...

    Hello,

    Thnaks Richie, Adrian,

I found the "Tashkents Army" info on the very good post from Dimas on the sweatband
Soviet visor hats construction: how to recognize war time issue?

Here is a detail picture of the star. It isn't the M47 drawing but looks closer to the M 39 one which is more round.

I tried to look at the post on Star but didn't found the M47 one. Must be too comon. That said i will have to take a photo myself as i do not have one in hand...
