In my opinion, I think of a copy ...... materials, cutting, inside ..... are not regulatory.

Porter sage98 - man, you are right. Bulgarian army used similar to soviet ww2type ushanka hats. they are alike, but the one shown on the pic - is 100% bulgarian, as it does not have any stamps inside (soviet - does) and has slightly different constuction. In any case - nice example for reenactment!
