Article about: I have this cap in my collection for about 20 years. It was acquired in Germany.

    Perhaps "Engineers" was not the proper terminology in any case.

    I would think "Technical" applies to this cap also...

    I know little about such high ranking examples, so I am at one's strict attention to become knowing...
