Help anyone-Soviet helmets numbers and stamps

Where can i find out the meaning of numbers and stamps on the interior of the helmet :
Example : one helmet have the number 1411 and a black stamp number 645. What the 1411 represent (is the 1411 helmet in production ?) and 645
I am not good at this.
