The badge is indeed czech, it has probably been re-used after the war by the czech military.

Just I must find which correct star belongs to this type of ushanka.

Czech units fought alongside the Red Army, if the badge is from this period it is even more interesting

I already changed the badge for red star cocarde and its looks better. I find similar czech badges for 5 euros on internet and in description was "postwar", I have no idea why it was on it.
