Its this a real soviet fighter Pilot cap?

This is 1980's Russian Fighter Pilot Cap and its made Calf Leather Military Cap thats what the seller told me but its it real?

not seen a winter hat with leather parts before , normally these are stamp marked in the lining if issue , to me looks to be someone put a badge on this hat to make it look military

This is not Soviet. I agree with kradman, someone added a badge to make it look like it was.
