M35 Railway signal mans cap?

Hey, while looking through eBay I came across this M35 cap which the seller claims is a RKKA railway signalman's cap. They yellow color looks right for a railway type cap but I'm not an expert. It seems real but I don't know for sure. Is the cockade etc. correct? Im considering purchasing it but I'm pretty new to this so just checking here.

Hello. I don't know much about railway caps, but Zemlyanka are selling a hat in the same colours but with the star higher up and a railway emblem where the star is.

If you google "нкпс фуражка" you get all sorts of variations. Sorry to muddy the water! It wouldn't surprise me if both variations were correct.
