This is my second WWII Russain helmet and I thought it would be nice to post. I am new to WWII Russian militaria and this website has been a great help! Any and all comments appreciated whether they are positive or negative! I think the condition is particularly good on this helmet!

Hello! If I correctly remember all, I saw this helmet on - E-bay it was on sale from the Czech republic.
I long considered this helmet. There are in it positive moments - characteristic chinstrap white color, as late military period. But long comparisons of ink brand Л-44 have stopped me from purchase of this helmet.
I am not assured that it completely an original helmet. Color of a paint as seems to me not corresponding to 1944. According to my knowledge ЛМЗ at that time had more dark pigment.
At a general condition of a helmet close to mint stamps thus very shabby. The geometry of letters hasn't coincided on 100 % with those stamps which is in my personal database. BUT I can be mistaken. It only my careful opinion.
