Pilotka Era?

A friend gave me this pilotka because he is aware of my interest in Soviet militaria. The pilotka is not dated. The star is zinc or aluminum and is marked with a raised number 2 and an arrow within concentric circles.

I appreciate any possible dating and maker's information.

Hi Bob, it is fairly modern and will date from around the 1970' or 80's.
