Some Misc. Soviet items

Hey guys i just got these Misc soviet items from a family friend. Im guessing these are all 70's-80's mfg but i could be wrong. ANy ideas on them?

Hat is east german navy as well as the tally hat ribbons.

O.k thanks for the info! I've seen similur hats sell for around 15$ at militaria shows. Is that what they go for around?

Only the 1-st hat is Soviet, all other stuff is from DDR. Probably from the 1980-ies.

The First service cap - soviet. Such service cap carried the armorers, signalmans, artillerymans.
Inside on rhombus must be two numerals. They mean the year. For instance 76 - 1976.
