Ssch39.... Star decal helmet.

Hi Guys, New piece in my collection thought i would share with you my helmet...... Ssch39 star decal helmet with original paint, size (Poct-2) 1939 dated with punched factory inventry numbers, interesting liner in a brown graleks sweatband ,which is most common in black maybe someone can give info on this ?? but overall a good service worn battlefield helmet. Thank guys

How rare is the brown graleks sweatband ?? dont see very often.

Hi I used to own one -39 with brown lether (garlex) but that helmet was re-issued to Luftshutz so your helmet is rare!

That is the nice helmet and nothing strangy with brown sweatband, the soviets start to produce the helmets with similar garlex in 1938 year
