Article about: Hi Have chance to get this one but I am in between. The condition is not nice. I do not mind the paint that much or the liner but strap is f...d up. Anyway...can someone tell anything about

    Have chance to get this one but I am in between. The condition is not nice. I do not mind the paint that much or the liner but strap is f...d up. Anyway...can someone tell anything about the white arrow on the forehead? Postwar art or actual war time meaning?
