Ssh-39. Opinions please :)

Hello Gents,

I could need some opinions on this Ssh-39 helmet. Chinstraps looks good to me. The stamp is not of the fake types i know of. What do you think about the helmet. The pic loader is making some trouble. Please click on the missing pic

Hello, this red gear is not my trick as a rule but having seen a lot of post war and film studio peices over the years my instinct is that this is a superb original!! I would wait for a more knowledgeable opinion though!

I am hunting a Ssh-39 for a few forum members at the moment and this is one candidate. If they are not interested i will put it in Classifieds. The price is not very high because the 2 front "legs" of the liner band are broken due to metal fatigue. The are still attached to the rivets and are easily repaired.
