SsH36，what an odd liner～

just bought it from an american collector（his blog：http://combathelmets.blogspot.com/20...t.html） recently，but have totally no idea about what this kind of liner is，never seen anything like it before，so who can tell me is this original or post war movie production or spanish war issue or simply replacement？
