Strange cap, we have not a lot of good views, but sweatband is not what I count original war time example

Thanks to all so far...for comments !

The cap was on Ebay which has sold.....WWII Soviet Russian M1936 Officer side cap 1938r dated - eBay Original Period Items, WW II 1939-45, Militaria, Collectables. (end time 03-Jun-09 06:26:38 AEST)

Im not sure who purchased the cap but having concerns about it, im glad i did not bid !

If your unable to see pics !! now the item has ended, i might be able to post them.
