It's Bulgarian, they are cheap, approx 10-15 eur each. But I suggest - the artificial fur is nice, but the ushanka itself looks not as must be

You are right: this hat is Bulgarian ushanka winter hat, post WW2: Bulgarian army soldier winter hat - Soviet WW2 model.
