Picked up this vdv beret dated 1988 with lots of writting it and what looks like a custom demobilization look pin on it ( home made or one off but intricate) can somebody help with the translation of the text? to me it almost seems like 3 different addresses?

Beret is lighter colored than it appears in the picture for some reason.

Brass back looks hand decorated, red piece is a plastic shape and between them, backing the plastic is something that looks like foil

Pin back of brass appears to be made with a shell casing? apparently this is not so uncommon for demobilization...... (some other examples)

I'm sure this isn't 100%, can somebody tell me if I've missed some letters?
These look like standard addresses? However, I can't find 2 of 3 on google maps, so I suspect names have changed or I've got them spelled out wrong (one seems to be in Kazakhstan, so names may have changed?) It also appears the soldier's name isn't written in these? Can someone help me interpret why there are three addresses?
