    Hello Mark,
    A long time no hear from you!
    Can you post some close up and more clear pictures of the sweatband and what is under sweatband, where the visor is attached to the cap.
    Also , please use our file managing system, due of over a month we will lost the pictures

    From that pictures I can say- not a good one. Artificially aged remade of circa 70's cap ( due of the same cloth used) IMHO

    The chinstrap appears to be of the type found on the artificially aged fakes that have flooded the Western collector's market in recent years...
    Believe it or not, original oilcloth chinstraps are becoming quite rare, and the 70s/80s era plastic types are too "cheap" looking to use on a "WWII" cap.

    Also, the maker's-date stamp appears to have been scuffed to look old and worn - another common attribute created and practiced by the busy minds & hands of the "fuflogons"...

    Marc, kindly keep in mind that these are just my observations and opinions drawn from them.
