Maybe a Finnish used helmet I have seen some in Finland before but mainly used by Home guard units because of the fear of being shot by their own guys , the liner could be a Finnish made replacement also

Here are some more photos. There indeed is a new paint job on top of the factory one - most likely painted by Finns after the helmets capture. Overall a nice helmet with a rare, early liner.

The liner is Russian.
