the first one is fantasy, the second looks like a reproduction of original stampings

Here are two more - Copies of originals - First may also be modified 50s/60s; note the first 4 seems a bit distressed.

That first one sure looks like 1950-1960's postwar mass produced uniform stock. I agree that the 4 looks "rubbed". A common ploy.
In general, depending on ink stamps is just asking for it.
The second one could be modified as well. There is a funny spot around the 43...
