Buckle opinions please

I would like to know what the buckle is and if its original.

Apologies for barging into the conversation, but the buckle pictured is a Heer officer's buckle.

Sorry mate I presumed you know what it is, the buckle is a Heer officer buckle which would go with a leather strap of the Heer brocade, here is a Assmann made Heer buckle on a brocade for example

You should post them, if it isn't much trouble. They may be good, and at worst, they'd make a nice study.

I will post them as I know nothing about buckles. I have ever owned one buckle till I acquired this latest lot of badges and a few buckles.

I only own one buckle as well (a steel Luftwaffe), but I've been doing research in case I find any in the wild and don't have access to help. Originals and fakes are equally important to study.
