    Hi, here's a heer buckle by Dr.F.Co. dated 1940. The eagle has the common pigeon type head and the T in mit is misaligned. The prongs have been chamfered on one side only and the ears are protruding upwards instead of being at 90 degrees or so with the sides of the buckle. The acorns are rather flat and not very prominent.
