Is this a good Paul Cramer & Co. Heer buckle?

I'm considering this buckle, which I believe is an original Paul Cramer & Co. Heer, but I'm not sure and would like to check with you guys first.

Set is original, is it marked Cramer?

Thank you both! I thought it was original, but I'm still not completely comfortable, even with common buckles.

Ben, no, I don't think it's marked, but I've seen similar ones that were, so I thought it might be from that maker. Do you think it is an unknown maker?

Yes the buckle is original, maker is more than likely Overhoff

Design from eagle is totaly another !

Thank you! I don't know yet whether or not I'll be able to buy the buckle, but I will post clear photos if I am. The seller claims to have seven different buckles, and will send me photos soon.

Interesting! Is that characterized by the green felt on the back? I thought that was a bit unusual.

Yes, parade belts were patent leather often with a wool felt backing.
