    Original buckle by Julius Maurer, belt is also original. You probably did not get more replies as Ivan is a seasoned buckle collector who has vast knowledge. I would not have commented as the answer was already there. However original buckle as stated above

    What about the belt? Any makers name? ( Its barely visible)

    Have a look in hand Ves you will see the makers mark better yourself than in the pics. If not light rub Talcum powder into to highlight the maker, it will not harm the leather
