I don't believe this buckle and tab should be together. They've both R.S & S but 42 is to late for a aluminum buckle. The prongs should also be aluminum. I think the prongs and tab were added.

I am with the guys, the prongs and tab do not really match the buckles time line, shame as the buckle has most of its original paint
