I would call your buckle Tropical & not DAK because of the green colour paint with green web tab,

Do you agree ?


I think the sand coloured DAK buckles are much harder to find than the green Tropical type imo.

in my eyes it is a marker different . Thake 10 WH buckles from different markers the are all different in colors ...............

DAK or Balkan are reasons for tropical belts and buckles .........

So my buckle with web tab & sand coloured paint would be North Afrika issue, "Desert Afrika Korps" = DAK

Green painted buckles with web tab like yours are Balkans, Italy, ect issue, Which i always thought was Tropical issued to Warm Countries.
