What is the earliest dated Heer Aurich steel buckle? 1940 or 1941?

I have a steel Luftwaffe Aurich with a 40 dated tab. I don't have a Heer but if they we're producing Luftwaffe it is likely they were also producing Heer in 40.

yes I know Luft Aurich 40 dated, but appearentely I cannot find any info about Heer 40 dated ones.

About Aurich Heer 43 dated ones, I've always seen only blue finished buckles.
Do you know 43 dated Heer Aurich buckles with green finishing?
