Help with reading a leather tab on a Heer Buckle?

Article about: Hello Gent's, I have a Heer Buckle that I can not make out who the maker is and was hoping somebody would recognize the stamp. Thank, Semper Fi Phil

    The tab pic did not load as I wished. It was a larger pic but it still won't expand!! and I fixed the upside down pic but now its below

    Eagle looks like Haarmann to me

    I know Heer alu buckles made by Wiedmann but I have never seen a steel example

    Well, the tab on Phils definately says Ludenscheid so not Wiedmann and I vote Haarmann. Either way it's a nice piece and I can't think of another Ludenscheid maker that would fit.
