Pebbled Tab 1938 Heer Buckle, Post war belt?

Hey guys I just recently picked up this belt in a trade with a buddy of mine, I got a fairly good deal on it. Nice early pebbled 1938 dated Heer buckle, the tab reads S.Schneider. the one issue I have is the belt. It seems post war to me, what do you guys think?

As mentioned, late war belt without adjustment tab and RB Numbered. Not the belt that went with buckle originally, but they got got changed around during the war as required.

You did well. I am sure the RBN numbers wouldn't have been used after the war. The belt hook is the type you usually find on web belts.
