    Default pidgeon head?

Found this one for sale - though a poor picture (scanned) I think it is a pidgeon head - what do you think?

Details are it was obtained in Holland a number of years ago and tab is dated 1938 and buckle is dated 1940; the maker is DrF&CO and the paint is about 98%.

I will not comment on the buckle as the photos are way to blury but the leather tab stands a good chance of being original but looks to be resewn pay close attention to the color of the thread it is very white and does not match the patina and or the wear on the rest of the tab or the buckle .And the sewing job looks to be very sloppily done IMO.
