    The ears are not bent back on this example.....would you say it's a 40mm example? Most 45mm examples have the ears bent back - and most 40mm examples don't. 40's are much harder to find!

    Cool....Hey Ben: are you familiar with reg. size 45mm buckles with the ears not bent over? I can't recall seeing that. I'm not doubting the originality of the buckle - it all looks good....but the only ones I've seen with straight ears are the 40's.....(not all 40's / but some).

    Like you say - a very nice variant indeed!
