relic belt and buckle- Info request- ( whats that ?)

Hi Gentlemen- Just received this relic for a display.
The display is focusing all uniform items from 1938-39 during the build up period.
Can someone spot if this all original or possibly pieced?
I am not familiar with the suspender straps or the isolated marked clip on the belt-
Can someone explain their use and what I would need to complete it?
Eventually looking to do a manikin with a uniform all from 38-39

Billy, you are looking at a buckle that early in the war you need an aluminium buckle really, in 1940 they changed to the steel buckle. The one you have shown looks like a later war steel buckle by Overhoff like this one

BTW the belt would be fine for the period you are looking at

Thanks Ben!- makes sense- guessing the later production buckles" like the m42 helmets" were pushed out with less detail such as the flat surrounding.
Any info on the belt hangers?
The stamp looks polish_ why the isolated clip- What was its use?

Sorry Billy, I dont know much about the hangers, I only collect buckles really, I would ask about them on the equipment forum to be honest

There are some 1940 dated ones but these are quite hard to get hold of.
