Rodo Heer buckle opinions

I don't like the imperfections in the metal on the front or the thickness of the steel. But I'd still wait for others.

I dont think it has, looks like the late war blue paint, very nice buckle

Thank you Ben and Greek. To my knowledge it has not been repainted, if real, it was never issued. Sorry for putting it in the wrong forum, I was not awake this morning when I posted it.
