Default Schneider Steel Heer Buckle 1941

    Hello All.
Here is this weekend's pick up from Brecon Military fair.
A fairly common Ernst Schneider but still has some finish left on it.

Not too sure if this would be considered to be a tropical issue or just a bog standard green.

    Any opinions welcomed

    Doug

    Hello Ben,
this is a nice matt green on the inside and a nicely patinated green on the front.

    All the best

A nice been there buckle. I don't consider anything tropical unless it has a web tab. Lots of deals want to call any Heer buckle with a lighter green finish tropical and every blue/black buckle as Costal Artillery. Just a ploy to raise the price.

    I like that!...
It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.

I'm Spartacus, not really i'm Paul!...
