The unmarked alluminum buckle and tab show a lot of convincing wear The tab is dated 1939 and I can't make out the manufacturer but what there is says E. Schn... - Lu... ( presumably Ludenschied ); you probably know whoever it is!

This steel one came with a well-worn belt and was an Ebay purchase of several years ago. It looks as though someone made a determined attempt to remove ALL its Feldgrau paint - none's left on the face, and very little on the back except the unseen part of the prong assembly. It's lightly marked and dated N & H 1942 for Noelle & Henck, also in Ludenschied.
