Unmarked steel heer buckle

I cannot find any makers mark on This heer buckle, it is green and looks like the leather tab was attached backwards. Could it be a tropical buckle that had the tab replaced? Any thoughts on the maker? Thanks for looking!

IMO it is a normaly WH buckle but not Overhoff .

My first idea is Nölle&Hück ..............on other hand claws looks like B&N ...........

That is indeed a strange buckle, the catch is like Noelle & Hueck or GB, the prongs are like Berge & Nolte, its got me baffled, can we get a square shot of the front of the buckle and a real macro shot of the eagle at all?

Yes i have looked through the heer buckle threads for a good while and couldnt figure it out.
