Not that I know of. But there is evidence of removed stitching on the belt itself.

IMO at some point the tab has been restitched, the shape of the stitching is wrong and the thread is too white/clean for the wear on the buckle and tab, in fact from the wear of the tab it may not even be original to the buckle especially if no makers mark on it, but they are both original.
