I ask because I have a Bruder Schneider Iron Cross 2nd Class and I was not aware that a manufacturer of awards would also make belt buckles.

Hi Markus, nice buckle by Bruder Schneider, very typical buckle by this maker look at the big old ears on the buckle and the wide feet on the catch. There are also variations on the catch by this maker and quite a distinct eagle, I always describe the eagle as been "sucking on a lemon". I have enclosed two other examples for comparison
