The Heer buckle looks fine to me. Very similar to my own, only in better condition. They aren't always marked. Someone with more expertise may be able to pinpoint the manufacturer for you.

Heer buckle is made by H Aurich, look in the roundel to the rear you may find a makers mark and year

If fact its there, 1942 (42 and the maker logo the other side)
