    This is actually a 40 Year badge. They added the gold oakleaves to the 25's to make them into 40's. I'm not impressed with the detailing of the ribbon eagle and the rims on the medal itself look suspicious-especially so on the top of the obverse side. It Could possibly be a late war production piece, but it would not be for me.
