Advertised for sale as German WW-2 Tunic

Hey guys found this for sale does any one care to make a comment on what it really is or what Nation it belongs to. Sorry I know there terrible photos I did not take them . UPDATE ... Well what ever it is I just purchased it I find it an extremley interesting camo pattern allmost reminds me of Waffen SS dot pattern regardless will look good in my collection for $ 27.00 CDN . It would appear to have some kind of name and letters stamped in it what I can read says I believe Leibnitz 92 /96 and a large number 2 under the 92/96 there is more writing above it and some other stamps but I can not make them out.
