Afrikakorps cuff title.

I was having a look at this cuff title and was wondering what your thoughts and opinions on this one it ticks some of the boxes for me but I am not to stuck on the weave on the back.

Nothing wrong with it except it is the type that is claimed to have never been issued during the war and was only found unissued after the war ended.

Here's Rommel shaking von Sponeks hand with one sewn to his greatcoat. Not sure I understand the point about them not being issued....what type is that?

The issue version has a greenish backing while this type has a tan backing, otherwise they are the same.

Sometimes the edging was folded over like bevo insignia.

D. Bunch and the DAK guru's that did the big book must have thought the tan ones valid....? Even Dal Mcguirk features a tan one in his book.

They are original but are said to have never been issued, certainly not in Afrika as far as I am aware.

I just noticed the shape of the "O" in yours....its not right as the inside void should be oval or elongated not round. Check it out.

There are some iffy items in the Kurtz book, not sure about the bunch book?
